#### Module 1: The Problem Solving Mindset

We'll begin by getting you out of freak out mode and into problem solving mode. You'll find out why most individuals fall into the trap of treating symptoms instead of the causes and how you can cultivate the patience to retrieve and understand the root cause. I will tell you business stories from all over Queensland and New South Wales where these attitude changes were "the only game in town".

#### Module 2: Uncovering the True Problem

Sometimes half the battle is ensuring that you are solving the right thing. We'll practice methods for moving beyond the knee jerk complaints and getting at what's actually going on. You'll discover powerful methods of questioning and ways to gain insights from multiple angles without being overwhelmed by contradictory information.

#### Module 3: How To Research Without Getting Overwhelmed

You don't need perfect information to make good decisions, but you do need the right information.
